Delivery Times

• Local orders (within South Africa) are delivered in 8–11 business days.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays, public holidays, or events outside our control.

Shipping Method

• We use trusted courier partners such as Aramex Store‑to‑Door for nationwide delivery.

• Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping fee: R89 nationwide (for parcels up to 2kg).

• Free shipping may be offered for orders that are R500 or more.

Risk of Loss

• Once we transfer products to the courier, title and risk of loss passes to you. CharmBeauty is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

International Shipping

• At this time, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping options may be added in the future.
